In January 2020 I had to stop my work as a Personal Trainer & Running Coach as I was struggling with post natal depression, and then the whole world was forced to pause with the worldwide lock down due to Covid 19 and we all realised how important human connection is. During this difficult time I was sent a card and a tiny badge as a gift from a friend. It was such a boost - so nice to feel remembered-and it inspired the creation of Tiny Sparkle Big Joy. A way to show you care & choose a gift along with a handmade card with your personal message, wrapped beautifully and sent direct to the recipient (unless you'd prefer it sent to you). It has been such a privilege to be a part of peoples acts of kindness and I'm excited to help spread joy over the Winter months. As a Mum of four who sometimes feels a bit overwhelmed & stressed it is also a fantastic creative outlet for me. Thank you!
